- Refunds are only available for online purchases made through The Beer Factory app, also known as Common Space (managed by Eber.co).
- We do not offer refunds on perishable items such as beer or food items.
- Gift cards, promotional items or vouchers cannot be refunded.
- If you have experienced a double charge, you may contact our Customer Service via the hotline, within 24 hours, and provide sufficient information for the team to initiate a refund.
- Information includes: a screenshot of your payment receipt, date and time of purchase, name, email and contact information.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on receiving your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the bank account of the customer.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by issuing a refund.
- The Beer Factory reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
